OUR MEMORABLE WORKS IN SCHOOL

It was a memorable week for me in teachers training program. I was so happy there.We were given a notice related to the program which we are going to conduct as the part of our B.Ed. curriculum. We were gathered together and decided to conduct in a good manner .Notice was the first step of this program.

NOTICE RELATED TO DR.A P J ABDUL KALAM'S REMEMBRANCE DAY AND A QUIZ COMPETITION

On Thursday we conducted another meeting as the part of B.Ed. curriculum environmental paper related.We decided to swipe out the plastics from school and from our day to day life situations. For that we selected two children from each class.We gathered with that children in U shed in A M H S S Thirumala for to inform the materials which they bring next day.Also, gave a small awareness class about the over use of plastics...

First gathering was in Wednesday

We the teacher trainees in A M H S S Thirumala celebrated the commemoration of Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam with various programs join with Science club in A M H S S Thirumala. Programs were:

A poster
A Quiz competition
A Speech
Video presentation
Science Assembly

POSTER

QUIZ COMPETITION The commemoration of Dr. A P J Abdulkalam and the Quiz competition was conducted on Friday after noon 2.30 to 3.30 in seminar hall A M H S S Thirumala. It was conducted by we the teaching trainees of Christ Nagar College of Education with the science club in this school as the part of B.Ed. curriculum.Our program was grant success.

56 students from each class as a team participated for this program. Headmaster B. Krishnakumar sir inagurated this program followed by the welcome speech and a short message of Sr.Linta.

This program was from 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm. All the instructions was given by Sr.Linta Joseph about the quiz competition.

The Quiz competition was in three rounds after the priliminary round.In priliminary round Sr. Shinto .T. Manuel was the Quiz master.

Priliminary round contains 10 questions.From priliminary round we selected eight teams 4 from high school and 4 from U P section.

Muhammad Abdul Jabbar was operating power points,audio settings, and all.

First round was the DREAM Round . The Quiz master of this round was Sr. Somiya Jose.There was a chance to passing .Only one chance to each team.

The second round was IMAGE Round This round was based on the identification of images .This round contains only one question to each team.The Quiz master of this Round was Jishna Bhooshan. The images were the persons which were related to APJ Abdul kalam.

The third round was FAST Round. The quiz master of this round is also Sr. Somiya Jose. It was based on time. Only 30 seconds alloted to each group for answering the questions. It was a lucky round also.

After three rounds Team D won FIRST PRIZE. Team C got second
prize and Team B got third prize.

After the Quiz program there was a video programm based on the life and a contributions of Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam. Our program finished at 3.30 pm.

SPEECH

A message was given by Headmaster B. Krishnakumar and Sr. Linta .It was a thought provoking message.

VIDEO PRESENTATION

The programe was ended at 3.30.I was a wonderful and memorable experience for me.Through this I can improve my skills and talents........................

SELF REFLECTION

Last week only two days I have classes. Remaining days there was mid term exams. I got examination duty in all days. We got variety of experiences from the examination halls. Each and everything gave me new knowledge to live in future.

We got permission from headmaster B. Krishnakumar to conduct a common program as the part of B.Ed. curriculum. We the teacher trainees gathered in front of H.M and informed about the program. After discussion I gave the duties to each members and all were started their works.

8/7 2019-12/7/19 3rd week

3rd WEEK

LAST WEEK NEWS

Last week I had 5 classes. I was better than the previous classes. Class room management was some more good this week.I had done 3 peer evaluations also this week. I got many extra work hours. I utilize this to give some moral advises to them. Some of the classes I took the drawing classes. I taught a prayer song there . The students sang well in morning prayer time. I am participating in science club every Friday.

I conducted test paper for students in 8E and 9C . They got nice marks more than my expectations. a re- examination also conducted those who got less mark and those who are not attended the exam.

The students are more interested the ICT classes . So this week I included at least a video , images or slides. It was more benefited for me for teaching.

Last Friday the students have a Quiz competition related to launching of chandrayan-2. I was the quiz master.Before beginning the competition I gave the instructions to all. With the presence of other science club teachers I conducted the Quiz. India the 4th country launching chandrayan to moon on July 14 2019.

SELF EVALUATION


It was nice week. I was so happy to be with students. I had four classes, that are in 8 B, 8 E, 9 B, 9 C. Three boys classes and one girls. I have around 170 students. It was my success that I could study the names of more than 100 students. Calling them with their name is a technique in teaching process.They are more lovable, if they are not fully attentive in class also. Last week I had observation from my optional teacher. She gave more instructions to improve my classroom skills.

I am trying to give my talents which GOD has given to me to the poor children.Some of them are not getting any good words or advises from any where. I am trying to give some counselling sessions to selected children and encouraging day by day with positive talks. Also, I am teaching prayer songs to that children in interval times. substitution classes are using to teach moral values drawings etc......

I could make my classes more alive in some classes through a-v aids , attractive activities, activity sheets and through my movements . So the pupil were actively participated in my classes.....
